Before you start taking tadalafil, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are allergic to tadalafil or if you have any other allergies. This medicine may cause an allergic reaction. If this happens, stop using this medicine and seek medical attention.
Tadalafil is used to treat erectile dysfunction (also called 'impotence') in men. Erectile dysfunction is the inability to keep a hard and erect penis suitable for sexual activity. This condition is known as impotence or impotence- Otherwise,'sildenafil' is used to treat erectile dysfunction.
What you need to know before you use tadalafil

Tell your doctor if you are having heart problems, such as heart attack, irregular heartbeat, or heart failure, or if you have kidney or liver problems. Tadalafil can also cause low blood pressure in some people.
Do not take tadalafil if you are allergic to it, it may cause an allergic reaction. Stop taking tadalafil and see your doctor immediately if you experience any symptoms such as facial swelling, breathing difficulties, or any changes in the heartbeat.

Description:Cialis is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. It is also used to treat premature ejaculation (PE) in men. Cialis is available in a tablet form, which is taken orally. Cialis is taken about once a day with a glass of water. The recommended starting dose is 20 mg. Cialis is to be taken with or without food. The effects of Cialis can last up to 36 hours. The maximum recommended dosing frequency is once per day. In some men, the effects of Cialis may last for up to 5 days. If you are taking Cialis for PE, it is advised to consult your doctor before taking this medication.
Dosage:The dose should be taken only when needed. It is important to follow your doctor's instructions regarding dosage and timing of treatment. Cialis is usually taken with food. However, you may experience slight dizziness or flushing when you take Cialis. Cialis is not recommended to be taken more than once in a 24-hour period. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as possible. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your normal schedule. Do not double the dose to catch up.

Cialis may cause temporary flushing, headache, nausea, or dizziness. If you experience any of these effects, notify your doctor immediately. Caution is advised in patients with heart disease or a history of cardiovascular diseases. Cialis should not be used by women. Cialis may cause dizziness or fainting when taking it.
